The departure of each retired sails records the end of a romantic memory. Hundreds of boat sails are discarded in Hong Kong each year, accumulating in landfills. These sails are made from high-performance synthetic fabrics, they are hard to recycle. UPCC gives these retired sails a new lease on life, with every piece handmade by PWDs. Every stitch embodies the value of our PWDs, linking them closely with the community to advance social inclusion and ensure the wonderful journey continues.
