Handcare is a portable and versatile hand & forearm massager which provides quick relief to the repetitive strain from long hours before a computer.

Hand injuries have become prominent in esports over the last few years. Professional players in games like League of Legends, Dota 2, and Super Smash Bros. have seen their fair share of injuries—injuries that have put players on the sidelines and even forced some to retire, ending their careers. Recently, esports healthcare professionals and gaming organizations have been working to solve the problem. As a designer and game player, I designed handcare to help make sure esports athletes are healthy and playing at their best. Those who aspire to become professional players or play at the highest level need to be aware of the toll gaming takes on their hands and the ways to keep them healthy.
