This sharpening is a technique to make a grated blade by carefully digging up one by one using a tool called a chisel with a sharp tip on a thick metal plate. In addition to this traditional sharp-edged blade, the quattro blade, which consists of four directions, reduces slippage and achieves a stable grated condition. The carefully dug up, sharp-edged blade has excellent durability and sharpness, so you can cut the fibers without tearing them. Therefore, the texture is smooth and delicate, and the texture is fluffy.
