Flight is a Dynamic IOT Maglev Lighting System. It is an IOT object, accessed via an app from a smart device. This enables it to be remotely controlled both manually and also through preprogrammed automatic presets to create certain moods – i.e. from slow wavy motion for relaxing atmosphere to dynamic rhythmical for exercise and everything many more. The light is coming from inside the body of the lamp, emitted upwards. It is reflected off of a cone-like mirror and redirected. That mirror is suspended in the air via magnetic levitation. Concave curvature of the mirror enables gradual radial spread of the light as it lifts. When opened slightly, the light is cast immediately around the base of the lamp. As the mirror elevates, the illuminated area expands.
