Ms. Chiu Siu Yin Lovinia (趙小燕女士), is the founder of Medialink Group Limited, the chairman of our Board and the chief executive officer of our Company, an executive Director and chairman of the Nomination Committee. Ms. Lovinia Chiu is primarily responsible for formulating the overall development strategies and business plans of our Group and overseeing the overall development and operations of our Group. She was appointed as a Director on 29 October 2018.

In addition, Ms. Lovinia Chiu currently holds the position of director in MEL, MFE, MAIL, Medialink (Asia) Limited, Medialink Holdings Limited, Medialink Entertainment Holdings Limited, Medialink Investment Holdings Limited, Medialink Licensing Holdings Limited, Medialink Pacific Limited, Whateversmiles Limited, Whateversmiles 株式會社 which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of our Company. She has over 30 years of experience in the content distribution industry.
