The design of Pinna AI gas stove derives from IHC temperature regulating technology. It provides the principle of new IHC technology and forms the basis for the design development.
Pinna carries IHC Sensor core technology in which cooking temperature can be controlled and regulated below 230℃ automatically when IHC cookware is applied. It is user friendly. The problem of over temperature cooking can be avoided and hence food nutrient can be retained.
